Sculpted form, Tet. Dormant, 28" tall, 6 1/2" bloom, Early-Mid, 3 and 4 way branching with 15 -18 buds, CMO
The 6-1/2 " blooms of 'The Wonder Emporium' are a vibrant polychrome blending of cream, yellow and peach. The wide petals are ruffled and trimmed in golden yellow. The petals sculpted relief ridges and raised pleating lead down to a small olive green throat. Sturdy 28" scapes display the blooms above clean dormant foliage on 3 + 4 way branching. Easily pod and pollen fertile, 'The Wonder Emporium' is a rare and phenomenal parent for dormant, pleated, relief and cristate sculpted forms. H. 'MAN IN THE MAZE' (Rich 2013) (Three Images)
Tet, Sev, 29" tall, 4 1/2" bloom, Early - Mid, 3 + 4 way branching with 15 -18 buds.
A 4-1/2" light lemon and cream bicolor with a patterned eye that will catch your attention. Shades of copper, violet, silver, gray, lavender and fuchsia change and combine into a maze of color. A northern bred plant appreciating a chance to settle in and allow the patterns to become more elaborate and complex. As the season progresses the last blooms frequently present as sculpted cristate forms bringing the pattern into a different dimension. The clean sev foliage and sturdy refined 29" scapes provide a well proportioned plant to the 4-1/2 " blooms. Nicely spaced 3 + 4 way branching with 15 -18 buds. Pod and Pollen fertile. (Point of Divergence X seedling) $40.00 DF

H. 'SHOULDA COULDA WOULDA' (Rich 2013) (Three Images)
Tet, Dormant, 33" tall, 7-1/2" bloom, Mid-Late, 3 + 4 way branching with 16 -20 buds, fragrant
This extra-large lilac rose Shoulda been a round form, Coulda been a spider if it were skinnier and Woulda been a crispate UF if the petals pinched consistently. Regardless of the form, this dormant Mid - Late season bloomer is a welcome addition for extending the bloom season into the late summer garden. Clear lilac rose petals show a hint of lavender blue on cooler mornings. The patterned band combines shades of lavender, blue and slate gray with a small white midrib dart and occasional twin freckled circles all outlined in fuchsia. The eyezone lightens to a small watermark at the top of the yellow to green throat. Scapes are 33" tall with wide 3 + 4 way branching and 16-20 buds. Easily fertile both ways and producing complex patterned seedlings.
[(Mason's Mark x Mildred Mitchell) X Thrill Seeker] $30.00
